Thursday, January 19th, 9:15 a.m. Art & Conversation, Portland Art Museum: (Rescheduled from December) This month, master weaver Susan Pavel will discuss the third exhibition to be featured in the Center for Contemporary Native Art: Restoring the Breath—Sacred Relationship, which showcases the revitalization of Coast Salish fiber weaving through 40 years of master and apprentice relationships. Coffee at 9:15 a.m.; lecture at 10:15am. This series is free for adults 62 and over.
