Here are the PCC Retiree Network events for the month of April:
Thursday, April 3rd, 6:00 p.m. ‘Venice: The Golden Age of Art and Music’, Portland Art Museum (PAM). The PCC Retiree Network will join a scheduled public tour for this popular exhibit. PCC retirees and their guests will meet in the PAM Main Lobby (inside the Park Avenue entrance). Remember to leave yourself ample time for parking and purchasing your ticket(s), or purchase tickets in advance on-line at portlandartmuseum.org/tickets. The tour starts at 6:00 p.m. PAM members can join the tour for free; non-members 55 and older will pay $17; and, other adults will pay $20.
Tuesday, April 8th, 6:00 p.m. PCC’s Life By Design NW hosts the Oregon Humanities Conversation Project presentation, ‘Mind The Gaps: How Gender Shapes Our Lives’. (Click the link for more details.) Saturday, April 12th, 9:00 a.m. Birding bus tour, Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge. Back by popular demand! (See the separate posting below for details.)
Thursday, April 17th, 9:15 a.m. Portland Art Museum, Art & Conversation ‘Venice: The Golden Age of Art and Music’. This is the Art & Conversation session to follow up the April 3rd tour, or if you weren’t able to join us that evening, this is another chance to hear the presentation and then participate in a public tour.
